Ministry Opportunities
Acts of Worship Team
The Acts of Worship Ministry focuses on developing and producing dramatic presentations that glorify God and support the mission of Soul’s Harbor.
Care Team
The Care Team exists to ensure every individual and family at Soul’s Harbor feels seen, supported, and spiritually connected. Through intentional follow-up, prayer, and communication, the Care Team helps bridge the gap between the Pastoral leadership and the congregation, offering practical and spiritual care.
Children's Ministry (Kid's Cove)
This ministry provides a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can grow spiritually and emotionally. The ministry teaches children about God’s Word, helps them build relationships, and prepares them to live out their faith in their everyday lives. It involves a combination of teaching, safety, community-building, and outreach, aiming to create a strong spiritual foundation for children as they grow in their walk with God. Volunteers are required to pass a background check to participate.
Event Experience Team
The event experience team is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and executing various church events and activities to ensure they run smoothly. The team typically handles both logistical and creative aspects of event preparation and execution, from brainstorming ideas to cleaning up after the event.
Home Missions Team
This team focuses on bringing hope, companionship, and spiritual nourishment to the residents of local nursing homes. By joining this team, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of these cherished community members through regular visits, engaging activities, and heartfelt ministry. This team also works on missions projects and endeavors to spread the gospel.
Hospitality Team
Join our dedicated hospitality team and be the warm welcome that shapes positive experiences for our community. Take on a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive atmosphere, ensuring all members and visitors feel valued and cared for.
Serve with heart as an usher, guiding attendees through services and events. Embrace the opportunity to be a greeter, creating first impressions that resonate with kindness. Be part of our cafe team, offering refreshments that comfort the body while we nourish the soul together.
Monthly Community Meals
Every month, we dedicate our hearts and hands to serving our community through the simple yet profound act of preparing and delivering meals. Join us in this meaningful endeavor as we reach out to those in need. Meals are conveniently available for delivery or pickup by recipients.
Outreach Team (M25 4Life)
The Outreach Team exists to extend the love and message of Jesus to the surrounding community through acts of service, compassion, and intentional connection. This ministry partners with local organizations and mobilizes the church body to meet practical needs and share the hope of the gospel.
Production/Media/Social Media Team
The Production, Media, and Social Media team plays a vital role in creating meaningful worship experiences and extending the ministry of Soul’s Harbor into the digital world. This ministry supports both in-person and online services, while ensuring the church’s message is communicated clearly and effectively across all platforms.
Opportunities include Live Steam, Media Presentations, Audio Engineering, and Photography, creating Social Media Content.
Security and Parking Team
The Security and Parking Team ensures a safe and welcoming environment for every individual attending Soul’s Harbor while supporting efficient traffic flow and parking.
Sign Language Team
The Sign Team leads the congregation in worship through expressive sign language presentations, emphasizing excellence, preparation, and unity.
Student Ministry (Anchored Youth)
The Student Ministry is committed to discipling middle and high school students in their faith, helping them develop a personal relationship with Jesus, and equipping them to live out their faith with purpose. Through intentional teaching, relationship-building, and service opportunities, this ministry supports students in every stage of their spiritual journey.
Volunteers are required to pass a background check to participate.
Worship Team - Musician and Vocalist
The Worship Team exists to create an atmosphere where people can encounter the presence of God. Its purpose is to lead the congregation in authentic, Spirit-led worship that reflects the heart of God and aligns with the mission of the church.
